Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your KOOKAÏ pieces, but if you change your mind, we offer returns on full-priced items within 21 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Post Your Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service or courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
