We offer a 14-day return period for full-priced items. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and intimates cannot be returned.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping arrives within 1-2 business days. International delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
How do I find my correct size?
KOOKAÏ uses a unique sizing system ranging from Size 0 to Size 2 (or 34-42 in European sizing). Detailed measurements and a conversion chart are available on our Size Guide page located on every product description.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
